House Rules

Local ordinances limit sound outside during the day and after dark with a curfew of 11pm. Please check the city rules.

At the moment new Broward County Covid ruling states clearly, “Vacation rentals will also be limited to the people who signed up to be there. No guests, and no more than 10 people allowed”. Therefore all guests must be declared and only those guests are permitted on the property. No visitors and no gatherings. This is by Broward County ruling July 8, 2020.

Our additional standard house rules are as follows:

-Smoking allowed outside only and use of smoking receptacle is required. Cigarette butts left outside or smoking inside house will incur $200 sanitizing fee billed after check out. Just be respectful and keep your smoking outside and tidy using receptacle and then it’s all good.
- Small pets up to 20 lbs must be pre-approved and there is an extra cleaning fee of $250. Max 2 pets. You must pickup after your pet makes their business outside or use pads inside, tie tightly and dispose in plastic bags in outside garbage can. Again be respectful and control your pet. Any Damage caused by pets are chargeable.
- No loud music or loud noise after 11PM.
- No multiple cars coming and going after 11PM.
- No one other than overnight guests coming and going after 11PM.
- Any kind of parties are not permitted! This is an absolute house rule. NO PARTIES!
- Cooking and family gatherings are allowed as long as you don’t exceed 10 people maximum in the house including those staying in the house and you clean up after yourself BUT the house must not have visitors coming and going beyond 11PM.
- Maximum of 3 cars permitted on the property. No Swale Parking and No Street Parking!

Please ensure you leave our home in the condition you found it! We are not a hotel and we remind our guests that this is a home not unlike your home. We ask that you do the following before checking out.

- Wash all dishes in the dishwasher and put clean dishes away in the cabinets.
- Tidy up all living spaces and counters and ensure everything is as you found it.
- Remove all cooked and left over food from the refrigerator.
- Bag all trash and put outside in the garbage cans.
- Put all white towels in the washer and wash with detergent and bleach before leaving.
- Wipe down counters and stove.

Thank you for accommodating the above tasks as they ensure the home is easy to prepare for the next guest. We are not a hotel and our housekeepers are contract workers.

The space
Home is completely supplied with all necessities such as kitchenware, utensils, shampoo, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, towels, etc.

The home has high speed Wifi and is Alexa enabled and offers full entertainment with a TV in every room and a Sonos sound system and music all selectable from the LCD wall screen or Alexa. All business and vacation amenities are here. Look no further!

Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers are also available for easy beach days.

Stoller, crib, playpen, BBQ all are available for your best vacation!

There is an alarm system for security and we will provide your own user code and instructions to arm and disarm the security.

There is ample driveway parking for 4 cars.
Guest access
You will receive a personal entry code to digitally access the front door and check yourself in or lock and unlock the house as you enter and leave.

All spaces are accessible and open to registered guests.

The back yard is privacy fenced with a gorgeous patio and furniture for your relaxation pleasure.
Additional notes
Routine cleaning services are available for longer stays.

Washer and Dryer are free and there is detergent and beach for guest use.

Very small pets may be allowed upon request only and pre-approval and a $250 cleaning fee plus $250 deposit for damages. The cleaning fee is not a damages fee, but, for extra cleaning of allergens and steam cleaning of all upholstery and beds for future guests who may be allergic. Any pet damages or "accidents" must be paid for by the registered guest.
Guest interaction
You host is available from 7am to 12 midnight for any issues or requests you have. We are here to serve your needs while you enjoy your stay.
Neighborhood overview
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and pristine beaches are less than 2 miles drive directly east on the main street 2 blocks away.

Plenty of restaurants are within a couple blocks.

Hospital and medical care is just a few blocks away as well.

I95 is just a few miles west and only one street away to access the route.

This home is very centrally located. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is only 15 minutes away.

Major malls and shopping are a 10 minute drive or Uber ride.
Getting around
Public transportation is only 2 blocks away, which can easily be walked. Uber and Lyft are readily available in this neighborhood.
